Outlook, Teams Elite, Powerfaids, Infomaker, Excel, Word, Access and other programs are:

Resource Hogs that take up a lot of user space. Closing these programs when not in use will increase system resources and allow your system to process faster.

For Windows 95 and 98
To check the amount of free resource:
Right click on my computer icon
Click on properties
Select tab Performance
Look at System Process

For Windows 2000
Select control, alternate, and delete at the same time
Menu
Task Manager
Performance
Look at the second graph and the box to the left of it

If your system process is less than 50%, your system has too many programs operating.
